Monthly PPC management
I manage Amazon Ads accounts for Amazon Merch on Demand sellers who want disciplined PPC decisions, less wasted spend, clearer campaign structure, and more time back from account review.
What it is
I review campaigns, search terms, targets, bids, budgets, product performance, and account structure so PPC decisions are made consistently instead of reactively.
Who provides it
The service is provided by Marco Sousa, the author of The Merch PPC System, with experience managing Merch catalogs and Amazon Ads spend across practical account conditions.
Why hire it
The goal is to reduce waste, protect useful traffic, find products worth more exposure, and save the seller time without turning the account into uncontrolled ad spend.
The real cost
Many Merch sellers already spend money on Amazon Ads every month, but the account is not reviewed with enough structure. Weak products keep receiving clicks. Search terms stay messy. Old campaigns continue running. Promising products do not get graduated. Bids are changed without enough context.
Monthly PPC management is not about forcing more spend. The work is to manage the money already moving through the account with better rules, cleaner structure, and more consistent review. The seller keeps focusing on research, products, listings, and catalog direction while PPC is handled as a recurring management process.
Identify products, targets, and terms that keep consuming budget without enough evidence.
Avoid cutting campaigns or terms that are still teaching the account something useful.
Move PPC review, cleanup, and recurring decisions out of the seller's weekly workload.
Pricing
Billing is based on the sales number reported inside Amazon Ads, because it is visible, practical, and easier to verify than royalty-level reporting. The PPC decisions still stay royalty-aware, but the fee is calculated from the ad account metric.
New client ramp-up
Pay 50% of the management fee for the first 3 months. The first months are usually spent understanding the account, cleaning structure, reviewing waste, and setting a clearer PPC rhythm. After the first 3 months, the standard tiered rate applies.

What I manage
Fit
Good fit: Amazon Merch sellers who are already spending on Amazon Ads and want a PPC manager to review, decide, adjust, and report with a clear system every month.
Not ideal: accounts with very little ad spend, sellers looking for guaranteed results, or sellers who want aggressive scaling without account control.
Next step
New clients start with 50% of the standard management fee for the first 3 months. Send your approximate monthly ad spend, ad-attributed sales, catalog size, and the main PPC problem you want managed.
