Record what changed, why it changed, which data window supported it, and when it should be reviewed.

Decision log

Record the decision before memory edits it.

Use one entry for one PPC decision. Capture the object reviewed, the evidence window, the reason for the change, and the date when the decision should be checked again.

Define the decision

Name exactly what was reviewed and the lane you are choosing.

Object reviewed Use the smallest useful object, not the whole account unless the whole account was reviewed. Decision type Choose the decision lane, not a guaranteed outcome.

Attach the evidence

Keep the record tied to a data window and one clear reason.

Evidence window Include the time period, click/order volume, or review window that supports the decision. Main evidence Write the strongest evidence, not every metric on the dashboard. Reason for decision Keep this factual. Avoid emotional conclusions or broad rules from thin data.

Set the next review

Decide when this entry should be checked again.

Review date or trigger Use a time-based review or a data-based trigger.

Formatted note

Add the object reviewed, decision type, evidence window, main evidence, reason, and review trigger.
