COMPARISON · MERCHPPC VS MERCHFLOW

MerchFlow tidies your catalog. MerchPPC makes its ads pay.

MerchFlow is a fast, local Chrome extension with advanced analytics, bulk editing and Autopublisher, and its Pro plan includes ads data. MerchPPC is built around the ads: break-even ACoS on every target, rules that watch, and changes that wait for your OK.

What is sent to Amazon today. Of the changes described here, MerchPPC sends the kinds it has confirmed against Amazon: a target's bid, a campaign's budget, a negative keyword and a new Auto campaign. Not sent yet: an ad group's default bid; a campaign's placement adjustments; a campaign's bid strategy; a campaign's audience bid adjustments; pausing or enabling a target, an ad, an ad group or a campaign; a negative product; removing a negative keyword; removing a negative product; promoting a search term to a keyword; adding a product target; adding a product to an ad group; adding products to a new ad group; a new manual campaign; a new Sponsored Brands campaign; one Auto campaign per product from a selection; splitting a campaign; a Sponsored Brands keyword's bid; a Sponsored Brands target's bid; a Sponsored Brands theme's bid; pausing or enabling a Sponsored Brands campaign, ad group or ad; a Sponsored Brands negative keyword; a Sponsored Brands negative product; a price change; adding a missing product; republishing a product; deleting a product. The extension shows those as “Not available yet” and holds them back until each one is confirmed.

What you get with MerchPPC

Built for the ads side of Merch.

Break-even on every target

Ad spend judged against each product's own royalty, not a rule of thumb.

Down to the search term

Campaigns, ad groups, ads, targets, search terms and negatives, each as its own list.

Lookouts that watch

Rules that check every sync and propose fixes for the bleeders.

Ask your data

Connect Claude or ChatGPT and ask about your own sales and ads, in plain words.

To be fair

Where MerchFlow is the better fit.

  • You manage a big catalog and want bulk edits, Autopublisher and a bulk deleter today.
  • You want a one-click, ad-safe ASIN copy to build campaigns in Amazon's console.
  • Your account is small enough for MerchFlow's free Starter plan and you do not run ads yet.

MerchFlow for catalog housekeeping and MerchPPC for the ads side work side by side: both run locally in your browser and read the same Merch account.

Questions

Questions, answered.

Does MerchFlow have ads data?

Its Pro plan includes ads data and Amazon Ads utilities. Its site does not describe break-even ACoS, bid or budget changes, or rules.

Is my data safe with MerchPPC?

Your Merch and ads history is kept in a database inside your own browser, not on our servers.

Can MerchPPC bulk edit prices or add product types?

It can stage those changes, but it does not send them to Amazon yet. Today it sends bids, budgets, negative keywords and Auto campaigns.

Can I run both?

Yes. They are independent extensions.

MerchFlow facts checked against its public pages in October 2026. Products change: if something here is out of date, tell us and we will fix it. MerchFlow is a trademark of its owner; MerchPPC is not affiliated with it.
