Creating on Merch
New listings start on Amazon's create page — with defaults, setups and allowed terms you keep in Settings, and every publish still waiting in the queue.
MerchPPC does not replace merch.amazon.com/designs/new. It sits on that page with you: artwork, markets, product types and copy still go through Amazon's own create flow. What the extension adds is memory and pacing around it.
What Settings remembers
Under Settings → Create you keep:
- Switches — the Create-page defaults you want every time (the ones that are preferences, not lists).
- Setups — named configurations you reuse.
- Allowed terms — words you have already cleared for listing copy.
Restoring Settings preferences does not wipe Setups or Allowed terms. That distinction is on the page under Restore; Settings summarises it.
Nothing publishes itself
Finishing a create still stages work the same way every other write does: through the Publish queue. If a Lookout or a bulk basket opens create for you, what lands is a proposal or a paced run — not a silent publish.
Where else to look
- Catalog and coverage — designs vs listings, gaps, product images.
- Nothing reaches Amazon without your approval — the queue.
- Creating campaigns — Sponsored Products, which is a different surface.
